providers. If your client is happy to proceed with a particular quotation
you can then go to the providers extranet and apply online for them. Some
applications are still paper based but we are assured that these providers
are working hard to get online.
Each time
you submit a new application to a provider, whether online or paper based, you
must notify us of the application immediately. You must also notify us at the
time the policy goes on risk for compliance purposes & to ensure that we
can allocate commissions due to your account.
